Do these people know they look like total ass wipes?

Cool kids in New JerseyDo they know how stupid and strange they look?  I have actually meet some one from New Jersey before, and I thought it was kind of strange that his hair looked like that, but I thought it was a one time thing.  I guess I was wrong!
