18 month old toddler forced to smoke pot

Some loser sold his video camera to a pawn shop and left in a video tape. When they watched the video tape at the pawn shop they found video of a toddler smoking pot. This is really sick. The kid is coughing and looks scared and sick. They ask her if she wants more and she says no and they laugh at her.

Good to see this ass hole is in jail!
