As they got closer, the couple saw the man brutally beating the toddler behind his truck and throwing the child on the ground, according to Singh. Two or three other cars stopped, an unusual number to be passing through the remote area surrounded by a dairy, a cow pasture, a cornfield and a farmhouse, he said.
“What we got from witnesses is he was punching, slapping, kicking, stomping, shaking,” Singh said. “They tried to intervene and get involved, but their efforts really didn’t have an effect. The suspect was engaged in what he was doing. He just pushed them off and went back to it.”
A sheriff’s helicopter responding to emergency calls from the area landed in a cow pasture at 10:19 p.m. carrying a Modesto police officer who shot the man to death after he refused an order to stop beating the child, Singh said.
This is one case where I would never shout police brutality. I don’t know how an office would restrain himself. If I saw some sick ass hole slamming a toddler against the ground I know I would end up in jail for my actions.
Pretty convenient that they blame the foster care system for the boys death. I’m pretty sure they all knew what was going on but didn’t think the kid would end up dying so they didn’t do shit about it. And the two people that did this to the little boy.. I hope they get whats coming to them!

Police said Kyle Smith was found lifeless with obvious bumps and bruises, along with a broken leg; his skin full of cigarette burns. Authorities allege the boy was beaten to death.
Milton is back at it again! The same kid that stole his grandmother’s SUV (video) is now beating her up inside of a Wal-Mart. I would say this kid needs to have his Grand Theft Auto taken away from him (ahh… blaming video games.. the perfect scapegoat for bad parents).
Milton’s grandmother, Vikkita Stratford, told WPBF that the 7-year-old took his mischievous activities to a new level Monday when she said he beat her up inside a Lake Park Wal-Mart.
According to Stratford, the problem began when Milton asked his grandmother for some chicken wings. When she refused, Milton walked over over to the counter and ordered them anyway.Stratford said that when she confronted him about it, Milton just snapped.”He just started hitting me — just started hitting me in front of the whole Wal-Mart. Every one in there was upset,” Stratford said.
