Four-time convicted burglar Ryan Mueller, 31, was convicted Thursday after a two-day jury trial of felony burglary as a repeat offender.
This will be like taking candy from a baby… DOH!

During this period, the lawsuit says, Cornelison was strip-searched eight times and Mashburn five.Some of the searches, which also involved inspecting body cavities, came after meetings with counselors and attorneys, the lawsuit says. Corrections officers had no reason to suspect the two had weapons or contraband, the suit says.
Four other juvenile plaintiffs underwent similar searches, according to the complaint.
It sounds like they have a bunch of child molesters working at their detention center. I would say their problem probably goes far beyond these two boys.

She had also similarly threatened her foster carer, attacked a teacher and stabbed a fellow student. She appeared to have a fascination with knives, the Supreme Court heard yesterday.
Now 25, the woman is suing the state for allowing her access to the knife she used to kill a teacher, Scott Bremmer, in a cooking class at the Yasmar detention centre.
I would say that was pretty stupid to give some one a knife that was already in the detention center for stabbing her mother. She should also try suing the manufacture of the knife. I am pretty sure that it was there fault she stabbed her teacher.

MONTREAL, May 23 (UPI) — A Canadian man in a Quebec prison whose weight ballooned to 430 pounds had his sentence reduced because he’s too big for his cell.
Michel Lapointe, 37, has been in a Montreal-area prison for 20 months on drug and gangsterism charges, the Ottawa Citizen reported. When he was first jailed, he weighed 300 pounds.
(2 votes)Where the hell are this kids parents? I’m not sure if he is serious or if he thinks he is being funny, but he better hope he doesn’t live in the US (they disappear people to Gitmo for saying he is a jerk)! Does he have an accent? Or is that just me? Any one know anything about this?

What is up with this weak ass sentence? The guy is obviously a perv if I have ever seen one! He spent hours and hours categorizing and editing the videos of kids and adults using the toilet at his ex-wife’s in home day care!
This guy also doesn’t really show remorse. He just makes a bunch of excuses like being on drugs and even saying that he hadn’t installed the VIDEO camera to VIDEO tape people in the bathroom but “installed the camera in a central place to hear his wife’s conversations.” I didn’t know that you needed to install a video camera to record people’s conversations?
