I guess there are two things we can learn from this.
1. There will be peace in the middle east thanks to their common enemy of our African American Presidential candidate.
2. Kuwaitis are better cartoonists than Israelis (more offensive and more colorful)

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but this cartoon seems offensive to me?  I am also having trouble understanding why the paint can says “black” on it in English if they don’t write in English there?  It just seems so hypocritical to me that they feel they can pretty much be as offensive as they want in their cartoons, but I can’t even draw a flattering picture of Mohammad without outrage from the middle east?  I guess the terrorists have won.
