Well no shit! The kid is in kindergarten! What did you expect him to talk about world cultures and give you back rubs!?
Obviously this teacher is an abusive idiot, but they are blowing it way out of proportion! We have a war in Iraq and failing economy and you are reporting on a teacher that lost her temper?
I can’t help but laugh when the narrator ends the first segment with, “Angry words the little boy can’t seem to forget.” What a load of sappy, overblown bull shit! Wasn’t any one at ABC ever a little boy? I know that I spend most of my childhood constantly trying to figure out how to get out of trouble!

They say that they haven’t proven that someone pushed him down the stair, but even the dirtiest little liar wouldn’t be making up a story like that while they are lying in a hospital bed paralyzed. (1 votes)Police said a neighbor in Bellevue videotaped Art Price having sex — termed as “relations” — with his picnic table on four separate occasions, WEWS-TV in Cleveland reported.Price was charged with four counts of public indecency.
Price lives across the street from an elementary school and a playground. He was caught on video having sex with a picnic table four separate times during school hours. It gets even scarier, because this guy is married and has three school aged children!
I am not sure what he was thinking, but this definitely sounds like he was trying to expose himself to children. People who involve kids in things like this deserve to have the book thrown at them, but sadly the felony charges have been dropped against this guy.

With his mom, Penney Wolfe, at his side, the Fayetteville, Ark., student watched as videos play. One shows a bully jumping him on the school bus and slamming his head against the window. Another, taken by a bully’s accomplice, shows a kid getting out of a car at Billy’s bus stop, walking purposefully up to him, and slugging him in the face.

First of all, the kids that are bullying him sound like the kids that bully some one until they kill themselves and then say they were good buddies and they didn’t see it coming. A little messing around is what kids do, but as soon as they start punching in the face the police should be involved. Why the hell do the parents even have to sue the kid? He should have criminal charges for assault!
I am not sure why he was picked on like this for so long, but obviously no one did anything about it, including the parents. If they decide to sue the school district that would just be sick. You better believe that if my kid came home after getting his ass whooped for a second time I would be hunting down the kids responsible!
Even though his parents don’t stick up for him you can see him try to throw a few punches back if you watch the video.
