Private citizen issues cop parking ticket

(No Ratings Yet)At the end of the video the cheif (or whatever he is) says that he thinks it is unreasonable for his officers to have to walk a long way from their cars in order to find a “legal” parking place. Apparently he thinks he can enforce what ever laws he wants. This cop was ordering take out, not responding to a problem. He can park his ass in the parking garage and walk down to restaurant like the rest of us, and if he thinks that will make it so they can’t respond quickly then his cops need to wait until their lunch break to eat. Hasn’t any one heard of drive through?
